Auto Color, Drawing Data
I would like to be able to drop a part into Solidworks and the part say turn blue on its own layer or not if neccessary.
Then when i add a dimension it auto associates that to a dimension layer that would say turn them red.
Then when i add a dimension it auto associates that to a dimension layer that would say turn them red.

As a note you can currently change the color of your part/dimensions in your system options under the color option , then color schemes

Looks like you need layers in the drawing.
Can you put an example of what exactly you need.

You need to use layer. Look for layers under help.
