I wish I could help, but DWGeditor 2008 installed and ran fine here (as did 2009). Do you remember what the problem was? Did it not install or was it a problem with the license?

There was really no problem. It just wasn't there any more after the update. Never did anything that I know of. That , of course is the key phrase, and I know it. Just don't know what I did that didn't update it. Also not sure what to do to get it back. Probably have to contact my VAR.
