Mechanical Engineer - Rogers, MN (Minneaplis), Temporary

Looking for a degree Mechanical Engineer for our Rogers, MN location for a temporary position. We are losing one of our engineers and will need a 40 hour per week replacement. Duration is TBD, but will most likely be described in terms of months rather than weeks. Duration will depend on our workload.

The key things we are looking for:
- Experience doing projects start to finish.
- Experience designing new products is required.
- Packaged products intended for re-sale to a widespread market is required.
- Strong communication skills. This is going to be a customer facing position. We need a good communicator, someone who can clearly explain the pros and cons of a design or concept.
- Strong experience in SolidWorks 2009.
- Work hours will generally be 8-5pm, but can be flexed as necessary.
