Are you using default coordinate system or created on. Also make sure there is no extra body or surface in the part as it can contribute to a wrong result. And as Mark suggested, we need the files to check the error.

Dear Solidworks geeks!I have some problems to trust in mass properties tool.I need to know the mass CENTER POSITION, because i need to calculate the yacht permforming estability, with that center.But, in this case, the hull, is mirroed part. In other word, the hull is symetric.In my case, the models starts with surfaces and ends with a solid model.The solid model is necessary to know thickness of the hull and see the interference in the assembly of parts. Other way to do what you want... 1) install some software that "simulate" print, but the soft will not print, he will just generate pdf. 2)example of free soft: Doro PDF or Foxit PDF creator. 3)with this software you can generate pdf files…
