SW has pulled SP2 64bit version. There was a couple of HotFixes to get around this but you should wait until Monday as SP2.1 should be out with the fix

SW-2010 SP2 installation

Hi, I am having trouble in upgrading SW 2010 from SP-0 to SP2. I ma running XP on 64 bit. Wen it installs upto 75%, it terminates the installer and gives an error message:Error1719. Windows Installer service could not be accessed.I tried to troubel shoot by reinstalling the windows installer service 4.5, still having same problem. I need help for any one who had this same issue.See More
